This course is of four weeks duration and is far more in depth than that of the 200 hour Yoga TTC; it is primarily focussed on the more advanced techniques of both Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as well as the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga from beginner to advanced level.
The training is centred on precision based alignment teaching, balancing classes and teaching methodology. Divided into the Ashtanga Vinyasa Series, Multi-Style Yoga Asana, Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama techniques, Mediation, Yoga Anatomy and Physiology, Mantra Chanting, this course will equip the student with a high level of proficiency in professional teaching methodology which in turn will significantly enhance teaching skills.
