After breakfast, the time can be used for rest, pool and hammock feeling, reading, writing, walks or conversations.
3:00 p.m. The second session follows with dance or awareness exercises

The hiking days
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - there is a half-hour meditation in the morning.

We also use the hikes to walk in mindfulness, so that we become more aware of the beauty of the island and feel ONE with it.
