The moment of relaxation around the fire will be an opportunity to share their stories and traditional songs. Each hiker carries his own backpack (light) with his things for the day (water bottle, camera, etc.). The camels carry your backpack/sports bag with your things for the evening at the bivouac, the rest of your personal belongings is carried to the fixed bivouac that you will find on Tuesday when you arrive in your tent.
Day 1
Arrival in Marrakech or Ouarzazate. Dinner and night in a twin room (2 separate beds) or individual.
Day 2
After breakfast, depart around 08:00 for your destination. On the road, the grandiose landscapes will follow one another, the Atlas, the kasbahs, the palm groves, the taverns
Arrival at the end of the afternoon in Zagora, installation of the nomadic camp
Dinner consisting of tajines, bread, fruit and night in a tent
Gentle vinyasa yoga to stretch and release the tensions of travel
Days 3, 4, 5
Breakfast
Daily walk of about 3/4 hours in the morning, lunch consisting of salads, kebabs, bread, etc.
Walk in the afternoon of about 2 hours, night in a nomadic bivouac
In the morning: pranayama, introduction to meditation, sun salutations
At noon: gentle stretching and meditation
On arrival: gentle yoga, yin
Day 6
After breakfast and the yoga session under a large collective tent or in the open air, departure for a camel trek and a picnic under the acacia trees. Free time at the bivouac and in the dunes
Night in an individual tent or in a group according to your wishes at the fixed bivouac (shared sanitary facilities)
In the morning: pranayama, introduction to meditation, sun salutations
At noon: gentle stretching and meditation
On arrival: gentle yoga, yin
Day 7
Return to Marrakech in an air-conditioned vehicle with an English-speaking driver

Arrival in Marrakech at the end of the day (or Ouarzazate)

After breakfast at the hotel, free time to visit Marrakech. End of stay or possibility to extend your stay in Marrakech
