Drawing from her background in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, Pilu offers a unique perspective on Yin Yoga. Throughout the 50-hour training program, students will delve deep into the essence of Yin Yoga, starting with an introduction to its fundamental principles and origins. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of Yin Yoga philosophy, including the concept of yin and yang, and how Daoist philosophy influences Yin Yoga practice.
