Experience Overview
Victoria & Stella welcome you to this specially designed retreat to help you relax and rejuvenate. In fact this is one of the core values at the retreat. We are here to rejuvenate your body and mind, with the right balance between activity and rest so that your body and mind are able to release tension and stress which, for some of our guests, is the reason for joining us.
With a special combination of sunshine, walks, yoga, pilates, mobility, meditation, and good food to help you achieve your goals. By the end of your 6 day/ 5 night retreat you will feel refreshed and restored.
Victoria is an Ayruveda practitioner, Reiki master and Yoga Teacher trainer for @treeliving yoga. She uses these modalities to offer a transformative energetic healing and spiritual experience. Stella is a Pilates and Yoga Teacher trainer, Garuda method practitioner and movement specialist. She uses these modalities to offer a healing physical practice for health & longevity
Meals: Continental breakfast is included, 3 of your evenings will be catered for and 3 of your evenings your supper will be an Ayurvedic meal prepared by them as a group, or for those who’d like to learn more about Ayurvedic cooking and food preparation. (this will be fun!)
