Vinyasa Yoga classes are focused on mobility and strength exercises.
In them you will find a mix of dynamic, fun and different sequences along with conscious body work based on listening.
You will learn breathing and meditation exercises that will help you reduce the level of mental noise, improve your attention span, and better manage stressful situations in your daily life.
With YIN YOGA we create physical stillness while
promoting internal awareness. Postures are held for longer periods (3-10 minutes).
Yin yoga works with the physical parts of the body (connective tissues, joints and fascia).
It is a practice of observing our interior (emotions,
sensations).
A constant awareness of the mind and breath is cultivated. Yin is very complementary with all
styles of yoga and therapeutic for active lifestyles (sports, stress, etc.).
Hatha Yoga
It gives us the possibility of achieving and maintaining Physical and Mental Well-being. It integrates physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayamas) and an inner work or consciousness that is reached through relaxation and meditation, mental stillness. Pranāyāma is practiced
(Breath control) to learn to control your life through the knowledge of breathing and thus connect with our mind to reach a meditative state.
POWER YOGA
Tones the body and allows you to control the mind. It has its roots in traditional methods but unlike them it does not adhere to any rigid rules, giving room for creativity. Asanas (Postures) are practiced in a dynamic and energizing way along with static postures, toning the body and allowing control of the mind. Follow the natural laws that dictate balance and flexibility, posture and rest, breathing and concentration.
Highlights:-
No food is included. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Supermarkets and restaurants are just five minutes away. There is also an onsite bar on the rooftop terrace and a restaurant with fusion food (local product with gourmet recipes) open for dinner from 18:00 until closing.
