With this training by FitFlow Yoga, you will be encouraged to embrace the concept of Yin to become aware of all the possibilities that life has to offer, whether you’re an enthusiastic student looking to deepen your personal practice or a yoga teacher looking to diversify your classes, then this is the perfect 5-day course to immerse yourself in all things regarding Yin yoga. This training has something for you, no matter where you’re at in your yoga journey. Yin gives you the opportunity to tap into a deeper sense of self, and through this careful and intentional practice, you will be able to learn, and also teach it.
After hundreds of hours of research, continued education, and personal practice, Bethany found her passion for helping runners train for their races as well as cross-train and recover properly in order to help minimize injury through their training period.
When she’s not practicing or teaching yoga, you can find her training for her next race, walking her dogs, Winston and Addie, gardening, or spending time with her family.

This training is designed for those who have already completed a basic level teacher training and who want to include Yin yoga in their practice in order to teach the style.
