Experience Overview
Your Time for YourSelf with therapeutic Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and group therapy with experienced psychologists and yoga therapists. Your Time to talk, time to walk, time to be silent. Time to enjoy. Time for stimulation and also slowing down of all your senses. A retreat to be together with other like-minded people, guided gently by Renate Heiss (Tiaga Seva)'s connection to yogic teachings, wisdom, and technology and her knowledge and practice of modern psychotherapy, as well as her many exercises to calm the mind, move the body and connect the heart.
