Experience Overview
From the integration of Iyengar yoga, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Krama, and Tantric non-dualism of Kashmir. It deepens the practice of yoga, meditation, human relations, communication, and traditional Tantra of Kashmir. An intimate retreat for 20 people in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos. Immersed among oak trees and mountains, a silent, beautiful, magical, and perfect place to say goodbye to 2023 and welcome 2024.
