Combining classes, hands-on workshops, and group sessions with expert tuition, our senior teaching team will support you in deepening your personal practice, purifying your mind and body, clearing out negative emotions, and toxins, and fully awakening your chakra system in this Yoga Alliance Certified 200-RYT Ashtanga Vinyasa program that will give you the confidence and qualification to start teaching yoga classes in studios and retreat centers worldwide.
During the curriculum of 27 days, we will dive deep into yoga theory and philosophy, take daily asana classes, anatomy, alignment, hands-on adjustments and modifications for injury-free classes, vinyasa sequencing, ethics, and best practice, practice teaching in small groups, and also explore the interplay of our connection to spirit through plant medicine, the power of plant-based nutrition and their properties for healing.
We are super proud to be partnered with our brothers and sisters at Orion Healing Centre. Our lead teacher Coco teaches on both these courses, and they share the same Asana curriculum, however differ in terms of offerings. Be sure to have a read through both and pick whichever best suits you.
Certifications
Students who complete this training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT).
Program
Are you ready to experience transformation? During the curriculum of 26 days, you will dive deep into yoga theory and philosophy, take daily asana classes, anatomy, alignment, hands-on adjustments and modifications for injury-free classes, Vinyasa sequencing, ethics, and best practice, practice teaching in small groups, and also explore the interplay of your connection to spirit through plant medicine, the power of plant-based nutrition, and their properties for healing.
At One Breath of Yoga Ashram, they have an exclusively raw food diet (with the occasional exception). They encourage guests to try and participate as much as they can with their eating program.
After morning yoga, guests will have a large super smoothie served around 11:00, then in the evening, the group will have the main meal of the day.
Guests are of course welcome to eat extra food in between these meal times. They will also provide you with mixed nuts to snack on.
However, you are invited to try and stick to the daily food ritual as much as possible, as they believe it is the best way to support your health during your stay.
Breakfast
Enjoy a super healthy power smoothie every morning. Each one is different, and it will be sure to fill you up with all the goodness you need for the day ahead!
Main meal
Be prepared to have your mind blown by all the possibilities of raw food cooking. Raw doesn’t have to be just cold. One Breath of Yoga Ashram uses its dehydrator machine to create some truly epic dishes. Watch out for the famous raw lasagne!
