Experience Overview
Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga-
Special emphasis is given to breathing techniques directed to expand a woman’s breathing capacity in gentle and effective ways that can be useful during preparation for labor, birthing her baby and the postnatal period to promote physical and emotional wellbeing. An important focus is also given to pelvic area awareness, promoting elasticity and stability.
Synergy Vinyasa is a holistic practice based on the Hatha Yoga tradition and the Synergy method developed by Simon Borg Olivier. Deeply rooted in the essence of yogic philosophy, it aims to cultivate sensitivity, inner strength, openness and acceptance. Drawing from the scientific understanding of human physiology, it is a safe and progressive practice adapted to the needs of the modern body.
The key elements in this method include restoring spinal fluidity, improving blood flow, calming the nervous system and entering the flow state.
Virtually together.
Since the beginning of the pandemic I started to teach online classes for groups and also individuals. After some time I begin to see a lot of value in those practices. It helps us create a little yogic Shala in our apartment. We become more accustomed to practice at your own home.
