With Tenerife's stunning coastline as a backdrop, the Yoga and Surfing program in the south of the island strikes the perfect balance between recreation, physical activity, and enjoying a sunny holiday. Both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners and surfers can take full advantage of the program.
During your stay, you will participate in two wonderful excursions in emblematic locations in north of the island, where you will be able to discover everything from volcanic locations to green laurel forests, authentic Canarian villages and many more!
During the two free days, participants are free to explore the wonderful island's natural beauty on their own and feel free to see the islands natural beauty on their own, such as the volcano Teide, the northern beauty of Anaga forestal park, and the black sand beaches, about the Teide volcano, go on hikes through breathtaking scenery, or simply unwind at the beach and relax. Other options include going snorkeling, kayaking with dolphins and turtles, and engaging in a variety of other enjoyable activities with a healthy focus in mind.
Your Wellness program consists of Yoga or Mindfulness classes in the mornings, to get your energy boosted for the day. Here you will get private classes in the silent environments, to focus on your mind with guidance of an experienced teacher. It does not matter if you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you are welcome at all stages. If you are more of a Yogi than a Meditationer, we will gladly replace the meditation classes with Yoga of your style of preference. Included are three indulging massages of variety, to get your blood circulation and wellbeing floating! The final evening you will enjoy a massage together with a live Sound Bath experience, to give you total relaxation before you go to bed.

Each day of the program begins with restorative yoga exercises. These classes, taught by our highly skilled instructor Sara, focus on various yoga styles, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, or Ashtanga, depending on the requirements and preferences of the guests. Through yoga exercises, the flexibility, strength, and balance are improved along with mindfulness and relaxation.
Participants travel to Tenerife's breathtaking beaches to take surfing lessons after the morning yoga sessions. Participants are instructed in the fundamentals of surfing, such as paddling techniques, wave reading, and standing on the board by skilled surf instructors.
