Haylee Clare’s Bio
She deeply values diversity and spontaneity. She draws upon her studies of Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Kundalini, Yin & Tigress Yoga. Haylee’s class unfolds organically according to the capacity and mood of the students. She teaches Asana which is accessible, nourishing & energizing, incorporating a broad scope of mantra, mudra & meditation techniques of Yogic, Tantric, Taoist & Buddhist origin. Pranayama is a core element of every class.
She encourages her students to move from a place of authenticity: to enter into a process of self-enquiry and feel empowered to set their own pace & intensity according to their intention in any given moment.
Her aim as a teacher is to encourage a playful engagement with the truth of the body. She hopes to inspire students to respect their boundaries and explore their practice from a place of presence and loving kindness.
