Each morning will start off with a yoga flow class followed by meditation. Then, take a break for breakfast. They've included some tours and activities for you on some days, including a tour of Marrakech and the Medina, guided shopping in the souks, Yves St. Laurent museum and gardens, a traditional (but super luxurious) spa experience and so much more! On other days you can laze by the pool or go to town.
Some evenings they will take you out. Others, after dinner you will enjoy evening philosophy, Q&A time or just hanging out.
Yin yoga is a slow and gentle type of yoga that focuses on holding poses for longer periods. It targets the deep connective tissues in your body, like ligaments and fascia, to increase flexibility and improve joint mobility. Yin Yoga is all about relaxation, letting gravity do the work, and finding stillness in poses to help release tension and promote a sense of calmness. Yin yoga combines traditional Hatha yoga with the ancient wisdom of Chinese Traditional Medicine, incorporating the concept of meridians, energy pathways in the body. Practicing yin yoga is said to stimulate these meridians, helping to balance the body’s energy flow and enhance overall well-being.
Yin yoga also has a powerful impact on the parasympathetic nervous system, the part of our nervous system responsible for relaxation and restoration. When we hold gentle poses for an extended time in yin yoga, it triggers the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and allowing the body to rest deeply.

Daily breakfast and some dinners are included. There will be a day off during the program when meals are not included. This is your opportunity to go to the desert or mountains and enjoy an authentic, Moroccan experience or just stay on site. They are happy to help you with restaurant recommendations and other activities for you to do.
