The one everyone has been waiting for. Coco will be teaming up with her very own teacher Michael Gannon to offer a fully certified, Yoga Alliance, 300-HR Ashtanga Teacher Training. We are also honored to have Amorhania from Casa Ananda join us offering an even deeper anatomy course.
This will be a 6-week program where you will learn to teach the FULL vinyasa system and immerse yourself even deeper into philosophy, chanting, anatomy, Sanskrit, and plant medicine.
We are excited to officially affiliate with Michael Gannon and offer this 300-hr Teaching Training program. Michael brings years of experience teaching all over the world and his deep understanding of the FULL Vinyasa sequence. This course provides something for Ashtanga practitioners still at the beginning of their journey all the way to experienced teachers who want to learn the fine details of the practice.
At One Breath of Yoga Ashram, they have an exclusively raw food diet (with the occasional exception). They encourage guests to try and participate as much as they can with their eating program.
After morning yoga, guests will have a large super smoothie served around 11:00, then in the evening, the group will have the main meal of the day.
Guests are of course welcome to eat extra food in between these meal times. They will also provide you with mixed nuts to snack on.
However, you are invited to try and stick to the daily food ritual as much as possible, as they believe it is the best way to support your health during your stay.

Enjoy a super healthy power smoothie every morning. Each one is different, and it will be sure to fill you up with all the goodness you need for the day ahead!
Main meal
Be prepared to have your mind blown by all the possibilities of raw food cooking. Raw doesn’t have to be just cold. One Breath of Yoga Ashram uses its dehydrator machine to create some truly epic dishes. Watch out for the famous raw lasagne!
