07:00 - 08:00 Meditation, pranayama, and asanas
You will start your day with a peaceful meditation session followed by pranayama (breathing exercises) and asanas (yoga postures) to awaken your body and mind.
09:30 - 10:30 Breakfast break
After your morning practice, you will enjoy a nourishing breakfast to fuel you for the rest of the day.
10:30 - 13:30 Theory
During this time, you will dive deeper into various aspects of yoga including anatomy, philosophy, and asana clinics. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and understanding of the practice.
13:30 - 15:30 Lunch break
You will take a break for a delicious and healthy lunch, giving you time to relax, recharge, and connect with your fellow trainees.
3:30 PM - 6:30 PM Afternoon session
In the afternoon, you will explore various asanas through workshops and practices, including Yin and Restorative yoga. You will have the opportunity to refine your teaching skills and deepen your practice.
6:30 PM Dinner and free evenings

Hormone Yoga therapy is an intense exercise series for all woman to reactivate and balance their hormone level in a natural way. The combination of Hatha Yoga Asanas, the use of strong Pranayama techniques and a Tibetian technique to circulate energy regulates our endocrine system.
It is important to know that you will raise your hormone level in a very short time if you practice consistently. Therefore there are a few contraindications for the practice. If you have or had breast or uterus cancer, a fibroid bigger then 10cm, taking strong medication due to depression or having severe, diagnosed endometriosis you unfortunately can’t practice HYT.
If you have Hypothyroidism please let me know, because we then need to adapt the practice for you.
