Join me for an energizing yoga class on the beautiful Hampstead Heath. The class will be a mixed-level vinyasa flow class with options given throughout for different levels and abilities. The mixed-level classes are suitable for all levels of students. Various options will be given throughout the class to build up to the more challenging poses, showing you the journey to get there if you are still learning the poses if they are new to you or if you want to take it easier. These classes are vinyasa-based - meaning movement is linked with the breath. As with all my classes we start slowly, usually laying on the back with some breath awareness to center, ground, and arrive. I will ease you into a dynamic vinyasa flow practice via some laying stretches and core work. Classes often include core work, arm balances, strong standing and balance poses, and deep stretches.

11:30 - Relaxing, reading, beach time, pool time, or other activities
13:00 - Packed lunch provided
17:30 - Sunset Yin yoga and self massage

20:30 - Relaxing in the lounge drinking herbal tea, chatting with fellow yogis, early nights reading a book, or stargazing while breathing in the fresh sea air.

This is your yoga retreat and you can spend the week doing as much or as little as you like. Each day will include Vinyasa flow yoga, Yin yoga, meditation, pranayama, and mindfulness. You'll be practicing these techniques for three to four hours per day.
As we all know, practice is key. The more you practice, the more your body and mind will just remember the places to go. The alignment in yoga poses will become more natural and understood with repetition. The mind will start to remember how to find its way to the quiet places and will experience how quiet you can really become.

All meals plus afternoon tea and cake are included as part of the retreat. For breakfast and dinner, guests are invited to feast together at sharing tables located on the terrace overlooking the ocean or indoors at the dining tables in the lounge area. Meanwhile, a packed lunch will be provided for you to eat wherever you decide to spend your day.
The retreat chefs will cook delicious vegetarian food made from local seasonal ingredients. The menus are inspired by a delectable mix of Moroccan and international ingredients and recipes. Meals are balanced and nutritious, with many indulgent treats too.
