After arrival and relaxation, you will have your first scheduled appointment with the in house Ayurveda Doctor where you will be briefed of the various ayurvedic procedures and fix the timings of your personalized treatment over the next three days.
The yoga and meditation sessions in the morning are held between 6:30 to 7:30 near the infinity pool where you can enjoy fresh air and the scenerity of the Lake and the birds. The Yoga sessions are taught using the traditional principals of Hatha Yoga.
The ayurvedic rejuvenation package included 2 massages/treatments daily one scheduled in the morning and one in the evening. Abhyangam, Pathrapotalaswedam, Njavarakizhy which last for 1 hour are conducted in the morning as these are a bit more intensive in nature.
