If you are seeking a way to find balance within your life, this retreat is for you. Together, we will go over different techniques for controlling the breath (Pranayama), which is proven to aid in stress management, anxiety and panic attacks, insomnia, lowering blood pressure, improving self confidence, creating energetic balance, and other amazing benefits in a completely natural way. We will also have daily classes for yoga and meditation on the most peaceful rooftop yoga shala (I hear the sunset view from here is a must see). Begin or expand your yoga practice with daily classes in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Restorative yoga. And, learn how to surf with a qualified instructor. This adventurous yet highly rejuvenating African experience is designed to provide you with key yogic practices that you can easily learn and add to your wellness routine, as well as give you some much-needed r and r.
You will enjoy yoga, meditation, and pranayama each morning before you set off on the adventures for the day. The group meals will be nutritious, and together the group will promote health and wellness.
