With her yoga classes & movement workshops, Jani would like to open up a space for you to try out your own needs and get in touch with yourself. We practice yoga together twice a day. The practice takes place either outside in nature - by the lake, in the spacious garden on our yoga platform in the forest - or in the light-flooded indoor area. Yoga includes asana practice but also meditation, pranayama, reflection on yamas and niyamas, bhakti yoga and much more. Jani is keen to give you a holistic insight into the world of yoga, free from dogma and without instruction. This allows you to lovingly push your own boundaries, open yourself to the flow of life, calm your monkey mind, let go and relax.

The question is not whether you are creative or not - the question is rather how deeply you are connected to your intuition and your own creativity. Together we will create a new work of art every day, give ourselves a gift of homemade body butter or create a small painting. Paulina will guide you with a lot of passion and feeling and will make it easy for you to lose your fear of the blank sheet of paper. Let's make pottery together, paint in watercolors, bind our own journal and enjoy many other creative workshops together.
