In the beautiful Alpujarra mountain valley, on a family-run organic farm and retreat centre, we offer 5 days of immersion in yoga and nature. Daily morning and afternoon yoga classes suitable for all levels bring energy and relaxation, woven around which will be opportunities for reflection and rest, massage, mountain walks, swimming and deeper practice for those that want it.
Each yoga class will move through asana, pranayama and meditation, allowing a deeper sense of soulful connection with the whole to emerge naturally.
The 5 elements, fire, earth, air, water, and space, will guide us day by day on a journey of healing and balancing, releasing emotional and physical blockages, supporting energy to flow easily and freely in body and mind.

Yoga Flow
A vinyasa based flow class incorporating various styles of yoga. Expect a yin-yang experience of both movement & stillness to awaken your spirit; creative sequences invite you to engage the physical power of your body; we always end in a blissful rest to soak in the practice
Slow Flow & Meditation
A gentle version of our yoga flow class to prepare you for a guided meditation. You will be encouraged to take your time to come in and out of poses and slow down through transitions. Throughout the class, the emphasis will be on introspection. You will be encouraged to listen to your body, move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you, and rest when needed. A great option for those who are new to yoga, as well as those looking to unwind and find both flow and rest
Budokon Mixed Movement
A mixed movement system designed to improve mobility and to build strength by combining yoga with elements of martial arts, calisthenics, and animal locomotion. It is an intermediate-advanced practice but open to all levels as there are modifications. The narrative of the practice is to dance between the warrior who fights for the things they cannot accept, and the yogi who accepts the things they cannot change. And above all, “OSU”: patience for the practice
Hiit & Conditioning
A full body workout for cardio, strength & conditioning in just 45 minutes. Come sweat out your demons with us and enjoy the endorphin rush as we move to inspiring music!
During this retreat, we will serve 3 delicious and colorful vegetarian meals a day.
Nourishing and wholesome feasts with many of the fruit and vegetables grown on the farm itself. Special dietary requirements can be catered for, please enquire in advance.
All meals are fresh and abundant in quantity and there are fruits available anytime. you won't go hungry on this yoga retreat! You will feel rejuvenated from the vitality that comes with eating local produce.
