Self-taught, Jeni, founder of One Table Together began cooking at a young age through an interest in trying different flavors and experimenting with techniques in the kitchen. This progressed to hosting dinner parties for friends, where her passion for bringing people together with food started. Cooking from the heart, going with feeling rather than any kind of recipe plan, Jeni's food is vibrant, packed full of flavor, and always offers something new and exciting with each meal.
Jeni strongly believes that food is the fastest way to create bonds, and serves meals in a way that is designed to make you feel like you are around the table with family. Big dishes laden with colorful, delicious-looking food are placed on the table so guests serve themselves and each other. Her food, while being healthy and made with fresh, organic wherever possible, locally sourced ingredients, is made to feel nourishing and most importantly comforting.
