The wood-fired brick oven and charcoal-fired cylinder are used to prepare delicious pizzas and BBQ chicken or pork. They also have a gazebo with a grill where guests can cook their own food.
For a truly unique culinary traditional experience, they prepare food in an outside oven by heating rocks and then burying herbs, meat, vegetables, and potatoes, all covered with more herbs and buried, which are uncovered after 40 minutes.
