In the morning, we provide the first tea at 6 am, students can fill the mug with tea, according to choices such as lemon tea and green tea. It is necessary to keep the physical body hydrate. If students feel thirsty, then this process is dehydration. We offer the Indian masala chai, spiced tea with milk, perfect breakfast and subsequent meals for students. We craft a proper timetable for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including tea and water, ensuring hydration of the students.
