200 Hours YTTC Program Sessions Schedule & Progression
Our 200 hours Yoga TTC is a 3-week residential training program conducted in Rishikesh. You are required to arrive and settle on the day of check-in before noon. The program starts in the evening of the day of check-in with a Vedic ceremony where we perform a purification ritual using fire and chanting of Sanskrit mantras. This is also an opportunity for everyone to meet, teachers as well as participants, and get a briefing on what to expect during the next 3 weeks.
During the 3 weeks that follow, sessions are held everyday from morning to evening except for Sundays and second half of Thursdays. A typical yoga student’s day starts at 6:00 am and ends at 9:00 pm at Ekattva Yogshala. Sundays are spent for relaxation, excursions and personal learning. The program ends on the 21st day with another thanksgiving ceremony and distribution of certificates. You can check out the next morning from the day of closing ceremony.
Vedic Mantras & Ceremonies
