500 Hour TTC consist of a 200 Hour TTC and a 300 Hour TTC over a duration of 10 weeks. From this intensive, fully immersive program, students can expect to develop a comprehensive appreciation for what it means to be a student and teacher of yoga. Upon completion of the 500 Hour TTC, graduates will be able to lead students of all experience levels with authority and precision.

Any Yoga Teacher Training course is incomplete if not enough focus is laid on the food the practitioner is eating. Akshi Yogashala is committed to carry out an all-round growth of the students and with this intent we have undertaken Ayurvedic cooking methodologies. Each body type varies from one another, while it is important to understand one’s constitution, the school extends holistic diet beneficial for all our students. Intensive workout requires balanced and invigorating diet which is why we’ve hired experienced Ayurvedic chefs. Light and healthy vegan food complementing the demands of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, is the reason why teachers emphasize eating only ashram cooked food. This is significant in detoxifying the body during your stay with us. Daily meals include breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, juices and other needs if need be.
