A series of three CS Yoga workshops aimed at learning how to deal with stress.
We all know what stress feels like. Stress can help you. It keeps you sharp. It helps you get things done and ensures that you can flee in time in case of danger. But… if there is stress in your body all day long, the story will be different. Too much stress has a negative impact on body, mind, and health.
Well, changing your whole life or stopping work is not always possible. Fortunately, there are many things you can do.
In this series of yoga workshops, you will get tips and tricks to get a grip on stress in your daily life.
Day 1: Marrakech arrival
Transfer from the airport to the Riad in Marrakech and overnight in Marrakech.
Day 2: Marrakech - M'hamid
Transfer from Marrakech to M'hamid, crossing the mountain at Tizi n'Tichka pass, then the Drâa valley with Kasbahs and Ksours. Eat on the go.
In Mhamid you will meet the team of camel drivers who will accompany you into the desert. You will meet those who join the group in M'hamid for dinner with the camel team.
Day 3: M'hamid - Erg Bouzian
Hike to Erg Bouzian, landscapes of Sand and Regs, in the distance Lakrab and Hamadra mountains of Draa. Dinner and overnight under the stars.
Day 4: Erg Bouzian - Rass Errich
Crossing a desert with acacia trees. Arrive at the dunes where you can watch the sunset. Dinner and overnight under the stars.
Day 5: Rass Errich - M'hamid - Draa Valley
You return to M'hamid through dunes and desert plateaus before reaching the Palme de Bounou in the Draa Valley. Dinner and overnight in the palm grove.
Day 6: Return near M'hamid.
Dinner and last night in the desert.
Day 7: M'hamid - Marrakech
After breakfast, return to Marrakech or separate in M'hamid from those who joined the group there.
Transfer from Riyadh to the airport.
Day 8: Marrakech
Transfer from Riyadh to the airport.
CS Yoga is a practice for personal development. In my practice, I combine different disciplines such as Body-oriented Assistance, Somatics, Somatic Yoga Therapy and (iRest Yoga Nidra) Meditation. This ensures a holistic approach that is specifically tailored to your needs.
Together we explore the connection between body, mind, emotions and thoughts. Personal attention is central to me, because I believe in customization. For one person this may mean that we focus more on movement, while for another the focus is on breathing, meditation or conversations.
It's all about experiencing yourself from the inside out, in an environment that feels safe and authentic. You don't have to 'fix' or change anything; you can be completely yourself, with all the emotions, feelings and sensations that are present in your life at this moment.
