Methodology :

Every student comes with an intention that they will not teach but at the end of our training they get so much inspired that they want to share the Knowledge of East, so humanity can live healthily and happily. So we set Intention of yoga practice, create a theme of the class, sequencing, mat formation for class and learn the art of proper demonstration. Observation of breath and body, what to teach what not to teach to beginners and pregnant women etc. There is a lot to understand and practice During the Anatomy, student learn how to apply anatomy in there yoga class so the people can be free from injuries.
How properly correct, how much pressure can you all for adjustment. Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers (20-30 hours} Yoga Sutra, Vedic chanting, types of Yogic lifestyle etc Practicum- learn how to conduct a class first 1 to 1 then in a group.
