The school focuses on the full spectrum of the yogic path and ashram life and not just postures and asanas. The course covers alignment, adjustment, anatomy and teaching practice. Students will get to experience meditation, breathing (pranayama), cleansing, chanting, mauna (silence), pooja (worship), kirtan (sacred singing), and other important aspects of the yogic path.
The 100 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in goa is part of the certified 200hr TTC offered at Mahamukti Yoga training centre in goa. Once you have finished the 100 hours you can come back anytime during a span of 1 year and enrol in the 200hrs yoga teacher training to finish the other half and get a certificate from Yoga Alliance USA.

Methodology :

Every student comes with an intention that they will not teach but at the end of our training they get so much inspired that they want to share the Knowledge of East, so humanity can live healthily and happily. So we set Intention of yoga practice, create a theme of the class, sequencing, mat formation for class and learn the art of proper demonstration. Observation of breath and body, what to teach what not to teach to beginners and pregnant women etc. There is a lot to understand and practice During the Anatomy, student learn how to apply anatomy in there yoga class so the people can be free from injuries.
How properly correct, how much pressure can you all for adjustment. Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers (20-30 hours} Yoga Sutra, Vedic chanting, types of Yogic lifestyle etc Practicum- learn how to conduct a class first 1 to 1 then in a group.
