The Shamanic Yoga New Year's RESET is our way of letting go and starting a New Inner World for ourselves. We will dive deep into our personal and collective healing process. In the middle of a natural environment, surrounded by mountains of the Andes and ancient culture that today maintain their traditions, grows the wisdom of the Chakana Yoga Center. The Chakana (Inka Cross) is is a strong symbol of the old cultures of the Andes and is considered the most complete, holy, geometric design of the Inkas. This symbol is often found in old places and holy centers in the Andes in Peru. Traditionally, the Chakana represents the constellation of the Southern Cross which is to be seen in the southern hemisphere. The center of the cross is considered Cusco, the Navel of the World, and the Center of the Universe in our mythology
Chakana means Staircase – Bridge and CHAKANA HOUSE is a space that builds a bridge between two or more people who meet in the search to expand their consciousness, know themselves better, achieve well-being and learn to enjoy the Present.
Casa Chakana promotes meetings in the form of workshops, meetings, classes, retreats, etc. that promote these objectives.
Highlights:-
In the last 10 years, Peru has been recognized as one of the world’s best culinary destinations, a perfect option for foodie tourism. The country’s gastronomic boom owes a great deal to its biodiversity along with its multicultural heritage.
Ancient Peruvians discovered healthy eating way before colonization began, they knew the nutritious advantages of eating quinoa, potatoes, corn and other superfoods (they wouldn’t have been able to build Machu Picchu or other wonders otherwise).
While visiting Peru you can also discover other healthy organic products not too well known outside of the country like camu camu (containing more vitamin C than lemon) or the energy-giving maca and yacon.
Serving high quality, vegetarian dishes, paired with nutritional value for each chakra, and using produce grown in our own garden and from the Sacred Valley such as Quinoa, Kiwicha, maca, kaniua, and more. These dishes will reinforce the balance and harmony of each person. There will also be the opportunity to learn and share the cooking process with our chef.
