There’s nothing better than relaxing your body and mind during a yoga holiday in Greece and going home rejuvenated. Be yourself in a relaxed, calm and inspiring environment. One evening we go to Therma. These are natural hot springs, which the Greeks themselves use to relax and enjoy.
During your yoga retreat in Greece, you’ll start the day with an active Hatha session in the morning. The afternoon yoga will be a relaxing Yin yoga session. On the last evening we go to Hippocrates Altis, close to the Asklepion for a sunset meditation. This is the sacred place of Hippocrates, Father of Medicine who was born on Kos. The unique atmosphere will make it a special and unforgettable experience.

Yoga on Kos combines the transformative power of yoga with the selfless act of giving back to the community and will go to a nearby village for two afternoons. In this village, a new women's co-operative has been set up, specializing in making carpets from old fabrics. Not only are these rugs beautiful, but they also help reduce waste by giving new use to old clothes and linens. The women need help with creating a space in which they can do their work so that they can earn their own money and we are very happy to be able to help them with it.
