The retreat groups are only for a maximum of.6 people so very exclusive and selected. They will fine-tune your lesson to meet your specific needs and skill level. Patience, experience, and individual attention are what they are known for. A great thing is that being in a selected group is practically like having a private class and you can go deeper and learn more than in a big group.
The instructors are very experienced and they can bring each person to improve to a higher level in such a short time. During open yoga classes they will host other yogi from the island and the group size will increase.
The yoga style is Vinyasa and they have a yogi tribe that always joins them for their Soul Sunday yoga event. Follow them on Instagram to see what’s about. All retreat classes are held in English and extra open classes are bilingual (English-Spanish).
Surf lessons are adapted to your level, taught in small groups to provide personalized attention. Equipment, surfboards and transfer to the beach included. We will take you to a beach that has the right conditions for your level. In our retreat we offer surfing as a therapeutic tool, it serves movement, focusing, body awareness and coordination, as well as the connection to the laws of nature. Of course, it's fun and it' s carried out with trained surf instructors but it is not the main focus of the retreat. You are not booking a surf camp. Surfing is very important in our programme because it gives focus and clarity to your mind. With movement in contact with the beautiful nature and the element of pure water like our amazing ocean, we guide you to connect with your senses and ultimately you connect to yourself in a more intense and complete way. You feel alive and free! This is the purpose of the experience we provide.
Restore focus-
A light anti-inflammatory and detoxifying diet will give you enough energy for clarity of mind. Daily intermittent fasting and journaling will add to clarity and focus. Individual or group reflection sessions will help you identify your goals and values. You will learn to implement new habits and routines, resulting in patience, inner stability, confidence, and joy. Rhythm is a requirement for focus.
Reactivating the body’s mind and body defenses-
Strengthen your immune system, detoxify your body, restore your hormonal balance, and improve the active and conscious use of all the perceptible senses of your body. With the help of your senses, you connect facts with emotions, which enables you to learn and ultimately improve your decision-making process. You will develop awareness through yoga, breathing exercises, barefoot walks, sauna visits, ice baths, massages, osteopathy, and social interaction.
Brunch and Dinner
There will be 6 daily brunches and dinners included during the retreat: Healthy fresh food for daily meals, natural juice, Yogi teas, and mineral water throughout your stay.
For the dinner not included, you usually go out as a group to try the Canarian tapas and fresh fish.
A small breakfast only made with tea and fruit is served to prepare the body before the classes.
After the morning classes, you will have a complete and tasty nutritional brunch and an amazing dinner in the evening. They mainly prepare vegan / vegetarian dishes and they offer gluten-free, or lactose-free products. They like to make sure that everyone feels comfortable!

Heiko Gatje is a well-known chef, and he looks back on over 20 years of cooking experience. He has catered for big movie productions, like Exodus, by Sir Ridley Scott, and he has his catering service firm in Fuerteventura.
With him, you will discover many new recipes to make delicious, healthy vegetarian food. These packages include freshly made daily brunches and delicious healthy dinners.
They aim to introduce a balanced diet making their meals not only tasty but mainly nutritional, only using fresh ingredients. With Heiko‘s most excellent culinary tips, you will enjoy a delicious and healthy menu.
The recipes are made from local seasonal products, with a variety of ingredients. The menu is ideal for active people with regular balanced protein and carbohydrate levels. The soups are exclusive recipes, using fresh herbs, and all foods are cooked in healthy oils. The menus are mainly vegetarian, but once a week, you will have an option for local fresh fish during dinner time, for those of you who are not vegans or vegetarians. We avoid food colorings and preservatives.
They only select wholemeal products. Breakfast is served with tea and fruit to prepare the body before the classes. Brunch, then later in the afternoon, we offer healthy snacks of fruit and vegetables.
After the yoga classes in the afternoon, you have a tea time break, and last but not least, an exquisite dinner with healthy local products.
Meals are made directly on-site and are prepared on the spot, every day, for every moment, and of course, this doesn’t take away that you can also prepare anything you’d like to eat there and then and at any given time.
