Experience Overview
Sigga and Halla are two Icelandic yoga and dance teachers from Reykjavik. They invite you to a unique retreat experience that fuses yoga and dance together, set in the magical Masca Valley of Tenerife. Expect rhythmic movement, moving and still meditations, yoga flow, and dance flow. Sigga (dance) and Halla (yoga) are very experienced teachers, Yin and Yang girls who balance each other out. This experience is the perfect way to wake up and open your body.
You will be nourished with yummy healthy vegan food. But worry not, they are not here to have any restrictions or rules. If you are longing for something less healthy, there is a small town just a five-minute walk away. This retreat location is an alcohol & drugs free location.

Cancellation Policy
Individual reservations(*): To ensure your reservation, a €250,- non refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Therefore travel insurance with a cancellation policy to cover any such rare occurrence is a strongly recommended.
Group reservations: If you have to cancel your reservation 6 months before the start date of the retreat we will return the deposit transferred at the day of the start of the retreat. If you have to cancel between 6 and 3 months before the start date of the retreat we will make all efforts to assist you. We can only return deposits if we are able to fill the week with another retreat. Otherwise the deposit of € 1500,- is non-returnable.
