The meals will be whole foods plant-based, with little-to-no oils or sugars. Fresh cold-pressed juices and lots of fresh chilled coconut water.
They use organic products whenever possible and reasonable. If you have dietary needs beyond this, please just let them know. They all have some food sensitivities and intolerances, so please be sure and let them know yours. Of course, they will happily accommodate.
