Vitalisé Portugal prefers to work with small groups (maximum 12 guests), so you can count on a lot of personal attention and tailor-made advice. During a personal intake interview, you will discuss your general health, weight, blood pressure, and fat percentage together. After the retreat, there will be another conversation where you will evaluate your personal results.
To support and encourage the guests to adopt an improved lifestyle, you will receive a booklet with tips and recipes on departure. A healthier life starts at Vitalisé and continues at home!
