The itinerary offers a beautiful Mayan sound bowl therapy session for the opening ceremony amongst the ocean breeze, perfect for a spiritual and mental cleanse. A one-hour massage session on the beach. A night out in Playa del Carmen on the famous Fifth Avenue. And several excursions.
All these activities are included in the price. And of course, daily sunrise and sunset practices (twice a day) overlooking the Caribbean waters. The itinerary has the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation.
Expect to rid yourself of negativity through dance and movement, healing rituals, and emotional exercises that aid in the transformative process of being present.
