Our Yoga instructor will conduct an hour of yoga and meditation. We recommend this done on an empty stomach.

Breakfast (Consisting of local cuisine, healthy fruits and juices)
9.30 AM – 12.00 PM
The main therapy session of the day will be conducted during these hours. Each guest will receive the Ayurveda treatments for the day.
12.00 PM – 1.00 PM
A light lunch of red rice,fish, vegetables and lentils all made using ayurvedic preparations.

The evening sessions will be conducted during these hours.

Alone time with a cup of ginger or herb tea

We recommend you end the day with a few laps in the swimming pool or practicing some breathing techniques which will be taught to you.

Light supper consisting of soups and vegetables.

A chance to read and relax or watch one of our self improvement tapes.
