Jen Yoga Tree is excited to host this yoga retreat in Menorca, one of the Balearic Islands in Spain, in the Mediterranean Sea. Menorca is a really special place and it is well known for its beautiful numerous beaches, from long clear sandy ones to the little “calas”. The waters have a turquoise color and the coast is surrounded by pine forests. Menorca was designated by UNESCO as a biosphere reserve, and most beaches can only be accessed on foot or by boat.

Check-out
The yoga shala is in the middle of the garden and it is circular and full of light. All materials for the Yoga class are available. The house also has a large organic garden with vegetables and fruits as well as eggs from their own chickens. The house owners are really nice and helpful. The house is a very recent project, which was created from the heart of the owners.
If you do not have enough holidays left, you can still join the retreat and do some home-office work from here. The place is quiet and there is plenty of space and hammocks in the garden as well as a large luminous living room area with a big table and couches for you to work between yoga sessions if you like. Do not let work stop you from coming.
An optional climbing afternoon will be offered at an extra cost. Only on this day, there will not be an evening yoga session, so everybody has a free afternoon for any activity of their choice.

Important note
Please note Jen speaks fluent English, German, and Spanish as well as basic Italian. She has been doing retreats for years and some of them even teach in the 3 languages at the same time. Please do not be shy with the language and let her know if you have concerns. Most of her customers are German. If the group was only German, then the retreat language will be German as well. Otherwise, if several nationalities join, then it will be English but Jen will be able to translate and instruct in several languages at the same time for everybody.
The meals are farm-to-table, elaborated after local, seasonal, and fresh products. All meals are vegetarian/vegan.
Most of the food, about 80%, is from the organic garden of the house, also the eggs. The house also has many fruit trees. Filtered water and fresh organic seasonal fruits from the house garden will always be offered as a complimentary during your stay.
Allergies regarding food are taken into account and food will accommodate accordingly for people having allergies. Please, if you have any food allergies make sure to let Jen know on time so the cook can adjust to your needs.
