With this in mind, a Spanish chef has developed Mediterranean specialties with ingredients from local organic producers in the area. The chef has been working for Sol Nourishment Retreats for several years and she is really passionate about vegetarian food. These healthy meals fuel your active days and build a healthier mind and body. The menu is seasonal, combined with fruits and herbs from the garden which is a great inspiration.
