Do you need a week for yourself? Get away from obligations and find some peace and quiet in an authentic and inspiring environment. A week in which we practice the art of attention at the pace of the southern countries. With silent walks, mindful movement, meditation instruction and a creative offering. Including drawing, painting and writing; for which you do not need to have any experience. You go home with a book full of insights and a canvas that reminds you. You don't have to be an experienced yoga or mindfulness practitioner or creative.

11:00 - Meditation instruction
Mindfulness, writing and/or creative exercises and 'assignments'
2:00 PM - Dinner (in Spanish rhythm)
3:00 PM - Free time - You can use the time to delve into the assignments and exercises of the workbook, to retreat, for an individual coaching conversation, or join a creative offer or a walk
7:00 PM - Light dinner
8:30 PM - Finish with meditation and/or yoga

As an independent entrepreneur and stylist, I have worked in the fashion industry for over 17 years. At some point a desire for more depth arose, it was time for change. After a number of years of intensive studies, as a yoga teacher, mindfulness trainer, life coach (with a specialization in meaning and nature coaching), I started my own practice for personal and creative development in 2009. From 2010-2015 I studied graphics and drawing in Arendonck, Academy of Fine Arts, and from August 2020 I started the multidisciplinary mixed-media artist course.
You don't have to be an experienced yoga or mindfulness practitioner or creative. You can do the sessions at your own pace and at your own level. You practice Mindful yoga and a soft and light form of Hatha yoga; a great basis for mindfulness meditations and exercises. The meditations and exercises come from, among other things, the mindfulness and compassion programs and are inspired by 'The Artist's Way' training and 'The Art of Mindfulness'. Including: walking, drawing, writing and photography.
