Plants have always harbored great wisdom, magic and power. Our ancestors already knew it, and for millions of years, the botanical world has stored within itself all the medicine we need to live in well-being, integration and balance. The essence of plants and flowers, studied in depth since ancient times, continues to hold many mysteries to this day. If you want to begin to bond and establish a deep relationship with plants, the best path is from respect, gratitude towards them, the love and healing that they give us so much, and from our own magic, working with them consciously and with our hearts available.
Our 5-night, 4-day retreat is a magical and profound introduction to slow living, herbalism, somatic yoga, pranayamas, rituals, plant-based diet, meditative arts, sustainability, sacred plants and holistic healing.
This retreat is a mixture of self-love, it is a gift to you of all my experience, of how to be within yourself even when chaos arrives, reconnect with you through love and these practices such as yoga, meditation, breathing, the pleasure of a sunset at sea, the sun, delicious food from different parts of the world, collecting plants, working with them, dancing and celebrating.
As a naturopathic doctor I will guide you in this discovery process.
We are excited to have an amazing cooking exclusively for us of healthy Mediterranean plant-based dishes with loads of treats along the way.
Meals will range from Moroccan to Middle Eastern, all the way through Turkey, Italy, Greece, and of course, Spain. I ensure that even if you don’t eat a plant-based diet, you will not be disappointed in the slightest. This is diverse food for everyone to enjoy!
Buddha bowls, sushi, local tapas and paella, smoothies, and breakfast ideas, plus preparing a fully raw food feast and lots of ideas for desserts.
