Pregnancy Yoga
Group classes held at Manor Farm Studio, Fenny Compton, Southam. Our Pregnancy yoga classes are designed specifically for the rapidly changing body and mind of the expectant mother. Gentle, sociable classes, allowing the body to stretch and strengthen safely, helping with many pregnancy related ailments. The classes help prepare you for birthing and motherhood and provide quality time too for you to connect with your unborn baby and other expectant mums.
MUMS N BUBS
Post-natal Pilates class designed for mum and baby. (Mother must have had 6-8 postnatal check up and babies up to around 8/9 months or before crawling)
A wonderful opportunity for you as a new mum to ease your way back into exercise after the birth of your baby. Discover how yoga can help you stretch, strengthen and tone your body.
You will be provided with daily breakfast and one dinner at the riad. Herbal teas, Moroccan mint tea, and drinking water are available throughout the weekend.
