Booking Info
Submitting an inquiry form does not confirm your booking. To ensure that we can meet your requirements and check availability, please contact us via phone or email first. While provisional bookings can be made over the phone, the formal confirmation of your booking will only be provided by us in written form, either by letter or email.
All quotations provided by Shanti-Som Wellbeing are subject to our Terms & Conditions. When you make a booking with us, whether through phone, email, or in writing, you and all members of your group are considered to have accepted our standard terms and conditions. In the case of group bookings (2 persons or more), the person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all members of the group are aware of these conditions.
Accurate details for each group member are essential. If you fail to submit a digitally signed copy of your booking form but provide a deposit or full payment, we will assume that you agree to all of Shanti-Som Wellbeing’s standard terms and conditions.
At the time of booking, the entire payment will be collected for all reservations.
Please note your booking will only be finalized upon receipt of payment. We will hold your Retreat booking for a period of 3 days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation made less than 15 days prior to arrival or no-show: no refund.
Cancellation of non-refundable reservations: no refund.
Changes to Retreat bookings are permitted up to 15 days prior to arrival.
Guests are allowed a maximum of 1 change per booking, which must occur within a 6 month window from the original reservation date (subject to availability and price changes).
