300 HOURS MULTISTYLE YTTC (OPTION 2) ASHTANGA + VINYASA FLOW + YIN (USA)
Our 300-hour Ashtanga Multistyle Yoga Teacher Training course is a four-week intensive program designed to deepen your already existing knowledge and foundations of yoga. You must have already completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in any style to be eligible to enroll on our 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses.
The 300 Hours Multistyle Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) includes the Intermediate Series is offered by a team of experienced teachers. This is a comprehensive Yoga Instructor training program, designed in accordance with the 300 Hour requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance. Our comprehensive course schedule includes Asanas, Asanas Methodology (Adjustments & Theory), Pranayama and Meditation techniques.
After successfully completing the course you will be a Certified Yoga Instructor, eligible to register with Yoga Alliance and you will be qualified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa (Primary and Secondary series) and other modules of yoga and these include, Vinyasa flow yoga (dynamic flow), Yin yoga worldwide.
The course offers you a comprehensive and in-depth learning into Ashtanga Yoga primary & secondary series both in Led practice and Mysore style. Mysore Style’ is practiced on Saturdays where students get a chance to improve their practice without the teacher leading them but the teacher will be present to adjust the postures if necessary. It is an intense experience that helps to develop a firm foundation of inner discipline. Also covering the practice of Vinayasa and Yin yoga gives students the opportunity to develop a varied skill set in yoga and to choose a yoga style that resonates most with their natural teaching style.

Syllabus:
1stweek -Morning asana classes focus on Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary series & evening classes focus on Gentle Vinyasa Flow and meditation
2nd week -Morning asana classes focus on Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary series & evening classes focus on Yogic management of common disease like back pain, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, headache and migraine, arthritis, Shoulder & neck pain.
3rd& 4th week -Morning asana classes focus on Ashtanga Vinyasa Secondary series & evening classes focus on Vinyasa flow and Yin
The Pranayama classes cover various techniques like Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Ujjayi Breathing, Nadishodna/Anulomviloma, Shithali, Shithkari and Brahmari.
Yoga Anatomy:
Students will learn anatomy and physiology relevant to yoga to strengthen their classroom explanations, cues, and corrections of asana.Students will also learn the importance of anatomy while sequencing the class.
Philosophy: This class will prepare students to read and understand Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.
