The 300 hour TTC at Kashish Yoga focuses on Hatha, Ashtanga-Vinayasa yoga, it involves the student in the study of the Patanjali Sutras, yoga psychology, science of breath & thought, understanding anatomy & bodily functions in relation to traditional & modern yoga practices. We delve in the spiritual anatomy of our systems, physic meditations, ayurveda and knowing the work of prana in each yogic posture that we practice through the course. Our course is a careful compilations of practices from some of the oldest purist schools of yoga, It took us a great deal of thought forming the 300 hour TTC, our team elected chapters from massive information & techniques available by the sutras, yoga & tantra to create a course that helps you question better, practice efficiently and evoke within you a researcher of this experiential science.
