Experience Overview
This is a wonderful opportunity for you to try flow yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness meditation on this retreat in an ideal location, only a few steps from the beach! Opale is passionate about yoga. Her aim is to bring all 4 bodies (physical, intellectual, emotional, and energetic) to work in unity and harmony.
Healthy buffet breakfast will be provided in the shaded outdoor living room. The lunch will be taken with the teacher, in a nearby restaurant.

An evening silent walk and Loving-Kindness meditation on the beach
An evening 90 minutes Pilates lesson
A evening 90 minutes restorative Sukhita yoga practice
A closing circle to let go of the unnecessary, to make space for new positive changes
2 nights accommodation in a double room with a private bathroom
Healthy vegetarian lunch in a nearby restaurant after the lessons
