Yogacharya Vikash’s Bio

Yogacharya Vikash, I was born in the picturesque hill town of Rishikesh in the year 1974. At an age of 16, I discovered my interest towards Yoga. At young age, I gained a lot of recognition which is only because of the Hatha Yoga, acupressure & naturopathy classes conducted by me. I studied and learned the basic foundation of Hatha Yoga, Shivananda yoga and Raj yoga while regularly attending the acupressure, naturopathy, intensive courses and yoga therapy classes. My great passion towards yoga teachings and aesthetic way of life turned me towards devoutness, self-analysis and meditation. Afterwards, I escalated my insights of correcting and assisting yoga students under the guidance of several yogis. I am a deeply experienced and extensively qualified yoga practitioner, who loves to embody and impart the highest standards and ethics of training to his students. I have been teaching 200 and 500 hours yoga teachers' in India for a number of years and also regularly conducting classes, seminars in India and other parts of the world.
