Yogacharya Shekhar’s Bio

Shekhar teaches kriya and mantra chanting and has been a Hath yoga practitioner since 2000. He has completed the 3 months yog sadhana and teacher training course from Devbhoomi International Spiritual and Naturopathy Education and Research Centre and the one month teacher training course from Rishikesh Yog Peeth. He also has to his credit the one year diploma in yogic science from Jai Ram Ashram, Rishikesh.
