Tal Swissa: Lead Trainer, Director of Yoga Program’s Bio

Teaching since 2001

Style: Tal modifies her classes to match the practitioner's needs, strengths and physical challenges. Her classes combine a blend of styles and techniques, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Viniyoga, Iyengar and Yoga Therapy. She emphasizes alignment and strength, as well as bringing students into the restorative nature of asana. 

Tal encourages her students to attune themselves to the current requirements of their bodies so that they establish a balanced, healthy yoga practice, as well as acquire and master their own optimal body posture. An avid Yoga therapy practitioner, Tal emphasizes alignment, core and lower back muscles work.

Experience: Tal has dedicated herself to the practice, study and teaching of Yoga since discovering its benefits in 2001. Tal has taught Yoga at retreats and centers around the world including India, Thailand, Israel and the Bahamas.
