Sunaina Chaturvedi’s Bio

Culturally-inclined, extremely particular about the details, prim and proper, optimistic, opinionated, someone with a taste for the finer things in life, and yet someone who seeks the union with the Self, and simultaneously, this vast cosmic interplay we call existence.
Pursued a Bachelor’s in Microbiology, only to opt for a Master’s in Communication, thereby bringing together the best of both worlds for self. Have worked in content writing, publishing, corporate communications in New Delhi and currently in academics at Amity University, Lucknow, where she is pursuing a PhD in Communications, connecting mythology and semiotics. Has published a science book, and is also part of two poetry anthologies. She has also successfully completed a beginner's and intermediate course in Hatha Yoga from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi, which was an extremely important cog in her transformation and bent towards spirituality. Pursues Yoga passionately, and has acquired a lot of information in Yoga and related disciplines, to become a holistic practitioner. Aside from that, she takes out time for reading, writing, cooking, all domestic things, dressing up, and especially loves going for spiritual sojourns, particularly up in the Himalayas, but also in places where there are very strong spiritual energies.
