BAMS RESIDENT AYURVEDIC PHYSICIAN

Ninnu Sudarshan received his degree B.A.M.S. of Ayurveda from the renowned Pankajakasthuri Ayurveda Medical College in Kerala, India, the cradle of Ayurveda. He had the opportunity to interact with many eminent physicians practicing authentic Ayurveda during his studies.Ninnu was the Ayurvedic consultant in the Kottakal Ayurveda clinic in Kollam and after that, he worked in the Arya Vaidya Pharmacy in Coimbatore, which is a real melting pot of mentors of Ayurveda. Here he perfected his Ayurvedic diagnostic methods, such as pulse diagnosis (Nadi pareeksha).He built up his own Panchakarma center in Kollam, as well as a pharmacy producing genuine Ayurvedic medicines, which many hospitals around Kerala use today. He has practised all the Panchakarma therapies and also para surgical methods such as venesection and leech therapy. His passion for the science of Ayurveda and his great desire to help the sick encouraged him to study and practice the Varma techniques that have instant impact on the human body by stimulating the vital nerve points and the plexus.Ninnu is highly interested in spirituality and has good knowledge of Yoga Sastra. His treatment plans use yoga, meditation, pranayama and lifestyle recommendations in addition to the Ayurvedic treatments and are, therefore, attractive to the patients as they attain both physiological and psychological wellbeing
